The Dockmasterâ„¢ Wheelie Bin Tipper is specifically designed for safely tipping wheelie bins and drums from raised loading docks and platforms. In many workplaces this task is still performed manually, which can be slow, difficult and potentially dangerous. The Dockmaster eliminates these risks by allowing bins to be tipped quickly, safely and efficiently in seconds.
Built on the proven engineering of the Simpro Dumpmaster, the Dockmaster incorporates unique design features that make it ideal for dock and platform environments.
The tipping mechanism allows bins to be inverted at a low tipping height of just 700mm, keeping the weight of the load safely within the footprint of the machine. This design provides excellent stability while operating close to platform edges.
To further improve safety, the Dockmaster is fitted with safety feet positioned behind the wheels. If the machine is accidentally rolled too close to the edge of a loading dock, the safety feet immediately catch the platform edge and prevent the machine from tipping over.
Constructed with a heavy-duty steel frame, industrial powerpack and reliable control system, the Dockmaster is built to withstand many years of operation in both indoor and outdoor environments. The machine can safely tip a wide range of wheelie bins and containers at weights of up to 250kg or 600kg depending on configuration.
